Rolling Contact Servo Controlled LT Automatic Voltage Controller (Stabilizer)

Voltage fluctuation is a common phenomenon in every part of the country. In spite of the best efforts, no State Electricity Board can ensure constant voltage to the customer because of long and inadequate distribution lines and irregular load patterns on Distribution Transformers.

Automatic Voltage Controller (Stabilizer) is an equipment designed to provide constant voltage from a fluctuating power supply. Industrial units operating round the clock frequently face low and high voltage conditions. Around 90% of industrial loads consist of electric motors, which draw considerably high current during voltage fluctuations, reducing efficiency and increasing the risk of equipment failure.

Description of Global's Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage Controller

GLOBAL ENERGY SAVER Servo Stabilizer primarily consists of the following:

1. Linear ± Type Vertical Rolling Contact Voltage Regulator

Our regulator uses heavy-duty electrolytic rectangular copper strips instead of conventional copper wire to minimize power losses and improve overall equipment efficiency. Self-lubricating carbon roller assemblies are used instead of ordinary carbon brushes, ensuring higher reliability, smoother operation and trouble-free performance.

2. Double Wound Buck / Boost Type Series Transformer

The Buck / Boost transformer is manufactured using premium CRGO laminations to reduce iron losses. The windings are made from heavy-section multi-strip electrolytic copper conductors to minimize copper losses and deliver superior efficiency and voltage regulation.

3. Electronic Control Circuit & Meter Panel

The Automatic Voltage Controller incorporates a simple and reliable electronic control circuit for continuous voltage monitoring and regulation. The design ensures easy servicing, low maintenance and dependable long-term operation.

Distribution Transformer with Built-In H.T. Automatic Voltage Stabilizer

GLOBAL's Distribution Transformer with Built-In H.T. Automatic Voltage Controller is a unique and advanced power conditioning solution. The equipment combines a standard Distribution Transformer with a High Tension (H.T.) Automatic Voltage Regulator into a single integrated unit.

The fluctuating voltage received from the electrical grid is first stabilized by the H.T. Automatic Voltage Regulator and then supplied to the Distribution Transformer. This ensures a highly stable Low Tension (L.T.) output with an accuracy of ±1%, providing reliable power for industrial and commercial applications.
